  • Understand, evaluate, and investigate customer and business problems

  • Conceptualize ideas, plan research activities, present ideas

  • Form and understand plans to deliver UX activities

  • Work on broader UX design efforts (journey maps, ideation, etc)

Business & Customer Intelligence with Data

  • Own customer and business focused tool Quantum Metric

  • Leverage tool day to day to keep bsuiness informed of site opprotuntieis impacting customer expereince

  • Use tool to inform product teams around experience metrics and site behaviors

  • Watch live customer sessions to add quantitative insights to our customer experience research

UX Management / Operations

  • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers/researchers

  • Help set goals and grow members within the organization

  • Ensure that UX activities are accounted for within project efforts

  • Hold teams accountable for doing the right efforts by the customer

Tactical UX Delivery

  • UX research & Design activities (wireframes, user testing, research, etc)
